I am upset with the service we got when trying to buy a home. We had a very inexperienced realtor and we were finding things about the property that he didn't even know. We did our homework and we continued to find out more interesting things that we thought the realtor should of told us. It was very disheartening to know that a company could let a realtor go out and try and sell any property. This person was going to keep us informed about information concerning the property and I feel that he kept us more in the dark. We were waiting for inspections and we felt that he was dragging his feet because he was working for the seller and didn't care too much for the buyer's needs. We went and had everything ready on our end of the process and we were ready to follow through with a deal but M.C. didn't hold his end of the bargain. We wanted to change realtors but I felt that we needed to give him a chance, Our dreams were shattered because we had so many plans for this property but now we know that Jewson Realty is not the realty of choice for us in the future.
I wanted to take a moment and express how satisfied I was with Craig Prescher as my realtor! In a market where everyone else seemed to be lowering prices and waiting forever to sell their homes, Craig not only sold mine within a couple of months but it sold for full asking price!
