the staff is superb. My appt was long but with great results.
Staff here knows you by name. Dr.Schoen is a very nice guy and someone you can trust. They're always willing to answer any questions you may have and will direct you elsewhere if they're not 100% sure. Sometimes it's hard to find an appointment date that works but they're usually pretty willing to work with you. The music they play is easy on the ears and usually well-known which is a nice distraction when the work you're having done isn't so pleasant.
My fiancee and I were late the first day for the dentist appointment which is understandable that they were upset, we could not find the building. Well my fiancee had to make another appointment, this time him and my daughter were in a car accident, not only did we loose our car but we wanted to watch our seven month old little girl to make sure she is okay like the doctor told us to do so. So we called the dentist office and this really rude Secretary was asking why we couldn't make it. I'm proud of my fiancee because he didn't snap at her or reveal anything about personal matters. He only stated we didn't have a car. The Secretary was extremely rude, this is not something we needed to hear when out seven month old just got into a car crash. When she got back she said we cannot make an appointment or take you anymore. I never knew a faculty could be this horrible. I'm very displeased with all of the secretary's innaporpriate questions after what we went through and how rude she was.
Dr Schoen is really patient and gentle,his staff are very friendly and nice . He is my first dentist in America ,I’m really lucky that I chose dr Schoen .I had a pain free dental Filling this morning .thanks ! Highly recommended !!!
Ive never been to a place that was so uncomfortable and the staff are stuck up and act like they are above you , the lady at the front desk is demanding and rude. I would recommend going to perrys or wabasha dentistry.... No one deserves to be treated that way....... my husband got his tooth pulled here and they treat you poorly to say the least. And when you give this office a BAD review they try to lie and say you've never been to the office. It's a shame, just take the bad review and FIX the problem, And accept that your staff is a problem and treat people with disrespect . Once you change the problem , you might get a better review's. EXAMPLE of the CRAPPY attitudes at your office:::: My husband had an appt. At your office , He missed it without calling ONE TIME mind you, the reason we let your office know was because he was in the hospital having seizures, and your front desk lady says to my husband , you or your family can not be seen here every again , and tells my husband he needs to make his Dental appointments a priority as if he could have helped having seizures and I'M sure calling you guys to cancel an appointment was at the top of our list .
